Prior to joining Nextage, Patrick was a Broker/Owner of 3 Keller Williams Clients´ Choice Realty offices in the Colorado Springs area since 1999. With 1 partner, they transformed a failing office of 22 sales associates with over $250,000 in debt, to 3 successful offices of 280 plus associates. They are now debt free, profitable every month, and a 2008 overall ranking of 26 out of 694 Keller Williams offices internationally. Patrick was a member of the Agent Leadership Council for over 10 years.

While at Keller Williams, he also managed a very successful team of 6 residential, investment & commercial broker associates. He has enjoyed a very successful career as an Executive Real Estate Consultant since 1994 & has helped hundreds of families & investors with their real estate needs. He achieved the highest residential designation of Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) within the first 5 years in Real Estate.

Prior to his real estate career, he was a Medical Office Manager for an Internal Medicine and Rheumatologist in Anchorage Alaska for over 4 years.

 4 assignments in 5 years with three consecutive remote tours to Pirinclik Turkey, Osan Korea, and Shemya Alaska. He received numerous awards and medals for
 service before being honorably discharged and serving another 3 years inactive duty.
Patrick resides in Monument Colorado with his wife Lisa & son Zander. He enjoys family, friends, skiing, hiking, cycling, hunting and fishing.

Wayne's Profile - Wayne Pinegar graduated with an MBA from Phoenix University in 1991. An entrepreneur, he has owned multiple businesses over the past twenty years. After he sold his last business, he began his career in real estate. From the start, he specialized in several areas. First, he became a listing specialist and built a team to support the successful marketing machine that sells his listings. A few years ago, Wayne saw the downturn in the housing market and expanded his focus to specialize in foreclosure and distressed properties by serving investors in real estate. Most recently, to better serve home sellers who find themselves in confusing situations, he became a Certified Home Rescue Expert. Wayne is certified to counsel people who are behind in their mortgage payments, backwards in their equity, or facing a short sale or bankruptcy. He also formed and leads one of the first Networking in Christ groups in Colorado Springs. Wayne loves spending time with his wife and children, golfing, hiking, jogging, and almost any outdoor activity. One of his greatest loves is to serve at Woodmen Valley Chapel by mixing sound once a month at their Woodmen Heights satellite site.

Ann's Profile - I have bachelor´s degrees in Biology and English. I spent the early part of my career as a newspaper write/editor, about 10 years writing educational and marketing materials for the medical equipment industry, and then fell into a 15+ year corporate career in strategic business planning. This stint included senior management positions in a Fortune 500 company and a company I helped take public serving the business process outsourcing market. I "cut my teeth" on tough contract negotiations, an experience that helps me navigate through my client´s real estate offers. My dad was an interior decorator and I guess I inherited his "eye". I can stage properties so they sell faster. I can show future sellers how to most cost-effectively update to get the best price at the least cost, and I can spot a sound, well-priced home behind any cosmetic fixes. I´ve bought and sold more than 25 properties of my own, so I guess I´ve seen it all. I am always pretty serious about doing anything I do well, so in addition to the basics of real estate, I completed graduate work to help me navigate the continuing changes in the legal side of the business. I absolutely love working with people and particularly enjoy helping them buy or sell a home in a way and at a price that most adequately meets their needs. I hope my clients would say that I am very effective at what I do, but also fun to work with.

Ken and I enjoy a wonderful, combined family of 8 children and 8 grandchildren with homes to visit in four states!
